Booking information and requirements:
We require a visit to our facility before a booking is secured. The visit gives us an opportunity to understand our new Client’s pet care needs and for us to explain what we have to offer. The visit takes approximately 45 minutes.
(We hold our Cattery and Kennel visits on separate days)
If you are boarding a dog, we would like to meet them, so they will need to come along with you to the visit. Please insure your dog is kept inside your vehicle and we will come to meet them after the completion of the visit.
We will need to confirm the vaccinations meet our requirements to board so please bring your pet’s vaccination book to the visit.
We have visitor parking and this is clearly indicated as you come in the drive way.
Due to the demand on our Pet Boarding Service we can only board Cats and Dogs whose owner’s live permanently in Queenstown
